Tap the Gap 2012
Since its inception in 2001, Tap the Gap has been one of the City Council's flagship positive action programmes.
Tap the Gap 2012 saw 106 students from 11 Nottingham Schools joined with the City Council to undertake work placements.

An award ceremony on the 11th September 2012, celebrated the achievements made throughout the scheme and recognised contributions made by all the students involved.
Through Tap the Gap, students are also linked to future opportunities within Nottingham City Council, many students have gone on to secure apprenticeships and traineeships with us from previous years.
Details of all 2012 placements can be found on the right hand side of this page. We hope to provide just as many placements for our 2013 scheme (....if not more!)
