View Nottingham City Council's Section 52 Budgets and Outturns and Fair Funding Scheme.
Section 52 Budgets and Outturns
Local Authorities in England are required under section 52 of the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998 to prepare and submit an education budget statement (containing the LAs funding plans for the financial year) before the start of each financial year (i.e. by 31st March). After the end of each financial year the LA is required to prepare an Outturn statement.
