Green Travel 2 Work Scheme

This is a Government backed initiative designed to encourage you to leave your car at home and catch the bus to work. You can purchase an annual bus pass or season ticket which will be exempt from income tax and National Insurance contributions, when paid for by a reduction in gross salary. You could save up to 41% off the normal cost!

Cycle 2 Work Scheme

This is a Government backed initiative designed to help increase access to more sustainable means of transport for employees wanting to cycle to work. You can get a tax free loan to purchase a bicycle; the cost will be spread over 18 months directly from gross salary which will mean you could save 30% – 41% off the retail cost!

Childcare Vouchers

This tax free scheme enables you to make tax and National Insurance savings on your childcare costs if you use registered childcare.

Staff support Groups

We offer paid time off work for employees to attend working groups to support the needs of black and minority ethnic, disabled, lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender workers.
